Falling


The most dengerous part of bouldering is falling. When falling there are two ways to fall. Controlled Fall: A controlled fall can also be called the frog. When landing you want to squat down and have your fists touch the mat. This fall is used when you purposly jumping or coming off of the wall. (picture) Uncontrolled Fall: This fall is used when you accidentally fall or come off the wall(which will happen ALOT trust me) When falling using this method you want land on your feet and bend you knees as you roll onto you back.
